3. Accounts & Registration
To use MenuCraft, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
MenuCraft offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your selection) via Stripe, our payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes
5. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to MenuCraft are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our free plan and live demo before upgrading to a paid subscription.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused time remaining on a subscription period
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with the Service
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you upload or create on MenuCraft (menus, images, text, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use MenuCraft to:
- Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the platform for any purpose other than managing a legitimate food or hospitality business
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
